Tell us the workpiece. We will size the bath.
The fastest route to a useful answer is three numbers: your largest workpiece, your required throughput, and how your furnace is heated.
We reply with a sized specification, a price and a lead time — not a brochure. If you want to work out the sizing yourself first, the sizing guide walks through it, and the product range has the full specification tables.
Technical questions
If you are not buying yet and just want a technical answer — about kettle life, weld silicon, commissioning, sizing or CBAM — email us. We will answer it.
That address reaches the people who size kettles, not a shared inbox. Write in English or German; we will answer in the same language.
Why there is no phone number on this page
Because the useful answer to almost every question in this business needs a drawing, a dimension or a thickness reading in front of both parties. A call where we take your numbers down verbally and quote from memory helps neither of us.
Send the enquiry by email with whatever you have — a sketch, a photograph of the existing kettle, the furnace opening, a line from your maintenance log. If a call is then the right next step, we will set one up with the drawings already open.
US enquiries: quoted EXW or FOB. Import duties, including Section 232, are handled by your customs broker.
EU enquiries: see our CBAM guidance before comparing landed costs.
