Terms of Use

These terms cover the website. They are not the terms of sale — those are in the contract, and where the two ever disagree, the contract wins.

StatusWorking draft. This text was written against how the site and our mailbox actually behave, not copied from a template — but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and the items marked pending are genuinely outstanding. Tell us if something here does not match what you experience, because that would be a mistake rather than a policy.

This site is not an offer

Nothing here forms a contract. Specifications, dimensional ranges and lead times describe what the works can build; they become binding only when they appear in a signed order acknowledgement for your kettle. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it.

Figures are specification limits, not guarantees

This is the most important line on the page, and it is in the footer of every page for the same reason. Chemistry limits, wall thicknesses, tolerances and NDT acceptance levels are what we specify and evidence. They are not a prediction of how long your kettle will last. Kettle life is governed by furnace design, burner arrangement, heat flux, bath chemistry, dross management and operating practice — most of which sit on your side of the wall — see the sizing guide for how much of it is. Any supplier who converts a silicon limit into a guaranteed service life is telling you something they cannot know.

Standards references

Where we cite a standard — BG/T 1501-2015, GB/T 11345-2023, ISO 17640:2018, EN 10204 and the rest — we cite the clause so you can check it, and the mapping between Chinese and European standards is set out on our standards and compliance page. We are not authorised to reproduce them and we do not host copies. Buy them from the issuing body. Where we state that two standards are identical, we mean an IDT adoption, and we say which is which; if your inspector reads it differently, that is a conversation to have before the order, not after.

What you send us stays yours

  1. Your drawings and furnace data remain your propertySending them to us for a quotation grants us the right to use them for that quotation and, if you order, to build the kettle. Nothing else.
  2. We do not publish your project without written consentNot the name, not the photograph, not the dimensions.
  3. Our content remains oursThe text, tables and diagrams on this site are our work. Quote them with attribution — including in a specification you send to other bidders, which we take as a compliment — but do not republish the pages wholesale.

Export control, sanctions and destination

Galvanizing kettles are industrial process equipment, not controlled goods, but the destination and the buyer still matter. We screen both against the applicable restricted-party and sanctions lists before accepting an order, and we will decline business that does not pass, without negotiating about it. If a shipment would require a licence, that is your and our shared problem to solve before the contract, not a surprise at the port.

Read thisOur reference installations include countries that are subject to EU and US restrictive measures. Those kettles were supplied by the works under earlier and different circumstances; they appear on this site because they are true, not because they are on offer. Nothing on this site is an offer to supply any restricted destination.

Accuracy, availability and liability

We check what we publish and we correct it when it is wrong — tell us and we will. But we do not warrant that the site is free of error or continuously available, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from relying on the site itself as opposed to a written quotation or contract. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the law of the People’s Republic of China. The law and the dispute-resolution forum for a sale are set in the sales contract and are negotiable — buyers in the EU routinely ask for arbitration on neutral ground and we do not treat that as an unusual request.
